Product Introduction
This series of computer programmable microwave catalysis/synthesis/extraction systems is a new type of chemical reaction device that applies advanced microwave technology as a physical catalytic means. It mainly consists of a microwave catalytic analyzer host, a microcomputer touch screen intelligent control system, a high-precision infrared or contact platinum resistance temperature sensor, a refrigeration cycle machine (optional), and a system integrating sampling and reflux condensation devices. This system is suitable for different types of thermal stimulation experiments in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, and can have good effects on most structural reactions: substitution, addition, elimination, esterification, hydrolysis, addition polymerization, condensation polymerization, oxidation, reduction and other polymer reactions. For the convenience of storing and comparing different reaction environments, the program can be programmed into 10 sets of reaction programs, setting reaction parameters. During the reaction process, the changes in reaction parameters can be observed, and the temperature of the reactants can be displayed in real time. The entire reaction process can be observed in real time through a color LCD display. Optional computer connection software can be used to display and record various reaction parameters in real time on the computer, and unlimited storage of reaction program solutions. Viktori also adds an optional connection to a large memory camera for full dynamic recording function, making it easy to record and capture various exciting reaction states on the screen
The instrument adopts a large capacity stainless steel chamber to prevent magnetic materials from entering the chamber and is corrosion-resistant. Advanced non electromagnetic infrared temperature sensor for real-time and accurate monitoring of reaction temperature, with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.05 ℃; Adopting innovative computer self-learning technology, also known as temperature automatic frequency conversion control technology, the temperature control accuracy reaches ± 1 ℃, realizing non pulse current control microwave continuous emission and automatic adjustment of microwave power. By inducing or accelerating chemical reactions and physical processes through enthalpy and entropy effects, the reaction rate has been increased by hundreds to thousands of times, making many previously difficult to generate or slow chemical reaction substances or physical processes easier to achieve and completed at high speeds
